- mooring for boat Discount applies to any stay outside high season (July and August) that is longer than two weeks. 30% deposit of the total rental cost is required for the reservation, the rest is to be settled right upon the arrival to the apartment. From June to September, arrivals/departures are organized on Saturdays (minimum stay in that period is one week). Surcharge for short rentals: 20% for a 3 nights stay, 30% for 2 nights and 60% if you stay only 1 night. It is possible to rent the whole house (both apartments).
